The Global Air Power Conference 2008 is organised by Singapore Airshow & Events Pte Ltd, a joint venture between Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) and Defence Science & Technology Agency (DSTA).

The event is also supported by the Republic of Singapore Airforce (RSAF) and S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS).
